A note from Mark

I’m Mark Hope. I help business owners work through marketing, branding, company culture, customer relationships, and the systems behind everyday business. I want to understand what you are trying to improve before we decide what to do.

We can start with in-person business guidance, a focused assessment, or a defined project. Betty, our AI administrative assistant, helps with correspondence, documents, and organization under my direction. Annie’s Action AI Agency Corporation, our parent company, supports agreed creative, website, and AI implementation.

Our secret shopper program adds a human look at how your culture reaches customers. Annie’s AI team analyzes the observations and recommends training and classes; I review the findings and next steps with you.

About the name

Hope is a family name. It has been on the door a long time and it stays on the door. Strategy, branding and culture are the three things we actually do, so that is what it says underneath.
